Exchange and Return
Not satisfied with your order? Your satisfaction is important to Comfeur. That's why we want to help you as best we can, even if the product isn't to your liking. On this page, you can find how to exchange or return your item.
You can return your product up to 30 days after delivery. We use a return method for returns.return portal, which simplifies the returns process. Please fill out the form so we can link your return to your order upon receipt and have all the important information readily available. Once we have received your return and the item meets the return conditions, we will refund your money to your account within 7 business days.
Return conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product is unused and is returned in new condition
- Customer returns product in its entirety (including all associated parts, associated packaging and any user manual)
NOTE: If you placed an order with Bol.com or Amazon, the returns process is handled through Bol.com/Amazon. You can then return the item in your account for the relevant marketplace. It's not possible to send Bol.com and Amazon returns through comfeur.nl, as this will prevent them from being processed correctly.
The step-by-step plan for returning Comfeur products: NOTE: Only for orders placed through the webshop, not through any other platform.
1. Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Make sure they are neatly packaged and won't be damaged during return shipping.
2. Once you have neatly packed the item, go to usreturn portaland here you can fill in the information we request.
3. In thereturn portalYou can select a shipping provider. Depending on the provider, you'll either need to print the return ticket or it will be printed at the drop-off point (this will be indicated in the portal).
4. Drop off the package at a drop-off point of the shipping provider you selected
5. After receiving your return, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund you specified in the portal (refund, store credit, or item exchange). This process can take up to 7 business days after receiving the returned package.
